A while back I "helped" a dock neighbor by picking up some bagels for him in the discounted section. Except they were Kaiser rolls, and not bagels. I've promised myself to be more careful. The straws disappointed me I must confess.

It's been a week. Busy every day, and nothing finished. On the other hand I've again ramped up my microgreens and sprouts growing systems. I've tweaked it (made some mistakes of course) in an effort to find the most efficient way to have my salads. I am able to grow a salad every day so that is a great thing. Anyway, life is good.
