Wow. Wow. And More Wow. What a journey it has been for you with this new AC system. First, thank you for being so candid and laying it all on the line so that we can understand some glimmer of what you have gone through. What an ordeal! And having NO AC at all for 10 months in the Florida climate is just more than I could imagine. You're correct in that it has been a journey. And I am glad you could comprehend the arching agony this has been. I *know* I sound whiny, and that's not me as a rule. Still, folks afloat know the frustration of boat projects that start out simple and devolve into... well, things don't always go right.

New folks sometimes only believe the utopia broadcast on YouTube. Real boating isn't pulling smartly into an almost deserted cove, dropping the anchor which sets perfectly on the first lowering, followed by sitting back drinking a chilled beverage while a freshly caught fish cooks on the grill. That's not real life. Real life is the frustration of not being able to locate the screwdriver I had used a few days ago, two screws that are the right diameter but too short, and and and! And, it's all fun too. Once overcome these hassles are forgotten. I'm hoping the ten months soon will fade for me.
