I can certainly understand why you're ambivalent about your little washer. On one hand It Washes the Clothes for goodness sake! On the other it takes up precious real estate on SeaWeed. Tough call there. :) I have one of the delicates washing bags like yours and it does work very well. BTW: lovely blouse. :)

I would not have spotted the blouse if it were not for Cheryl. She found it. The bag works great for my bathrobe too. It's long, silky with a built in (sewn) belt. That belt can entangle everything with relative ease. The bag helps prevent that.

Plus it looks far better made that the flimsy ones that have the zipper tear out with all too frequent regularity. I sew together a lot of stuff. My little sewing kit gets a good workout -- far more than if it were stuffed into a locker. Because it is easily accessible minor repairs are made on-the-spot.

As for here, not a whole lot accomplished. Lots of pictures done which doesn't really show until I post the article. The next one should be out later tonight. I finished laundry yesterday (bedding too) so that about wore me out. These units (the machine) are physically more work than a simple hand wash. That said, I feel like the more vigorous motion gives better results.

Well, for now I'm going to take my kindle to bunk. I could use a bit of relaxing -- that and Amazon put more Betty Neels books on sale. It's like they know when I'm down to three or four unread, and voila: they drop the prices ($2.99 or less) so I bite.

Having the ability to enlarge the text is a HUGE deal. Those new 10" Kindle Fire's have caught my attention too. I can well see me buying one as the eyes get weaker. I read at night so am tired then -- larger font, bolded text, well, that's just about perfect. I do not know how I existed without a Kindle for so long. Okay, that's it: enough procrastinating.
