This is a wonderful tutorial. I LOVE microgreens. On sandwiches, in smoothies or just a handful for a snack. You did a great job here. Please keep it up!
You've come a long way with your sport farming. I remember when you were growing sprouts in little bottles. Your crops look verdant and delicious. Num!
I'm glad you enjoy microgreens. Not a lot of men are familiar with them. I know for years I wasn't interested. That all changed though.
Baby took me to Disney. There she paid extra for a tour of the Disney Hydroponics section. That behind the scenes tour changed my world. Suddenly I could see the possibilities aboard Seaweed.
Part two will cover more about the journey. There is a special feeling of confidence in knowing I can grow my own rabbit food. I'm hoping my article will encourage others to try. Fresh produce is important to my happiness quotient.
Thank you Captain Farmer for your comment. I appreciate it. J.
I'm hoping folks will try. I can fit a year of seeds in a small area. Now I did end up building two shelves over the aft dinette window. I'm pleased with the results too.
The "expensive" part is buying seeds in quantity rather than the small paper packages. Since I've already spent the money on the failures at least friends will avoid that. Anyway, more will be posted shortly. I've already pulled the photos so that's a good start.
Thanks Pam for the message. Your friend, J.
