OK, not only do you have an awesome means of making your pancakes and eggs, you now also have the cutest, little kitchen cooker I've seen. 🍲 That you can run it off your solar power is great. Life is, indeed, good. 🎉
I was surprised that this little unit worked so well Pam. Cleanup is easy too. :)
Thanks too for your comment. I've missed posting of late. You see I made a BIG mistake in starting multiple projects with zero concluded. The Nothing Finished is due to stuff not working. The watermaker is off the bulkhead, the ac unit is mounted and doesn't work, the battery project is partially completed, the solar regulator is mounted but not wired in... and, and, and!
Thankfully there are pancakes. Life is good.
Then again, I live aboard a boat in Florida. Honestly it is an incredibly fortunate life I lead. I am grateful. Take care, and thanks again Pam for your comment. J.
That is a fine little breakfast cooker you have there but the most appealing picture in this article is the bacon and eggs plate, aside from Skipper of course. She is such a doll, just like her mom.
I was so surprised by how well this unit worked. It is just the right size for one pancake, and that is perfect for me. The unit is fast and easy to use. Best of all, it is not HUGE, thus fits tucked in a locker.
Folks on smaller vessels are always concerned re where to put things. This griddle earned a place under my dinette. I am indeed fortunate.
Because of the kindness of Grace, I can easily have a delicious pancake in just a few minutes. Or a hamburger. It cooks burgers too. I am indeed blessed.
Thank you Sid for the compliment and the comment. Both are appreciated. J.
Condolences on the projects being troublesome all at once. I hope everything gets sorted for you real soon!
