As this time of the year celebrates all we are thankful for I decided to share a bit of my story. Truly I am so fortunate. To you and yours I wish all the best. Thank you for your comment. It is appreciated. J.
Thank you so much for sharing this with us. Had a tear in my eye when I finished reading it. You really are amazing. Reading your site has become very important to me. God Bless.
Although I already know your story I love reading about it again. It is truly a blessing that you ar living the life you love and destined for. So many have a dream but never get to realize it as a reality. I know life afloat is not always easy and it took a lot of determination a work to get there and make it work. You are an inspiration to all who have the dream by showing them it can be a reality if you put your mind and heart to it. Thank you!
Janice also wanted to comment that I’m sure your dad is smiling down on you so proud that you have embraced his dream and kept it alive!
Thank you for sharing from your heart. So eloquent and moving. Since today is Thanksgiving day, I want to say that I'm grateful that I happened upon your website several years ago. I have learned a lot and have enjoyed and looked forward to your posts. Thank you!
Janice you are so strong and of such high character as well as being fearless and knowledgeable about so much - a true inspiration. I started following your blog to prepare for a liveaboard lifestyle myself. I bought a 28 foot beauty in 2013 and just finally got her ready to go .... and then I lost my nerve. I will just never know enough about boat systems to feel comfortable and self reliant like you . Instead I have decided to try the rv life. I am selling the boat this month and giving the rv a try out. But I will still follow your adventures because I can still sort of live that dream vicariously through you. Very grateful that you share your stories.
I am fortunate, and you're correct: it has been a journey. Living aboard has been a key. As I am here, I can see places where improvements can be made. This is not Easy, however the rewards make it all worth while.
Thanks for your nice words Cheryl. I do appreciate that. Hoping to see you soon. J.
Aww... thank you. I am glad you liked learning the Back Story so to speak. I am blessed. Thank you for sharing my journey, and for the lovely comment. J.
I should thank you!!! Your comments keep me motivated. Thanks! I look forward to meeting you one day along the waterways. J.
There are a lot of systems that are identical between an RV and a boat. You'll have fun in that world too. Enjoy! And thanks for being a part of my website too, and for your comment. Both are appreciated. Your friend, J.
What a beautiful article, and what a beautiful woman you are! I love it when you write so eloquently about yourself and about the people you come across. You make me smile. Thank you.
Thanks Sybil. I do enjoy sharing my world. This life is brimming with happiness. My wish is that others can find their Joy. For me, that is aboard Seaweed. Thanks again for your note Sybil. I love comments and appreciate yours.
